The 18-years old midfielder flicked the ball to Messi who put it in the net. Now the reporters are starting to discuss – is Pedri becoming one of Barcelona’s biggest stars? The youngster is doing an impressive job since his arrival from Las Palmas.
Granada won’t be an easy opponent for Barca, though. Diego Martinez’ team is doing very well for a second consecutive season. At this moment Granada are 7th in La Liga and this must show you how capable they are. This team is not a joke.
During the week Granada reached the next round of Copa del Rey. Martinez’ team faced Cultural Leonesa and needed extra-time to secure a 2-1 win. The hosts scored first, but Jorge Molina equalised. In the 116th minute Darwin Machis scored the winner for Granada.
